NEUKASIL RTV Silicones Addition Systems – Platinum-Curing Silicon with High Reproducibility Precision and Dimensional Accuracy.

Easy processing, excellent self-separation properties, outstanding long-term stability, and high product reliability: NEUKASIL Addition Systems feature many positive properties and can also be cast in closed molds.

Aside from condensation systems in the NEUKASIL RTV Silicones range, we also offer addition systems for numerous different applications. Particularly the high thermal stability, resistance to various chemicals, and the hardness range from gel-like to semi-rigid make using addition systems as a material for making molds or for producing prefabricated parts the ideal solution.

In contrast to condensation systems, the addition-curing silicones bond with the curing agent without splitting. This means that the NEUKASIL addition systems can be used in closed molds without any problems. Easy processing, excellent self-separation properties, and high product reliability are the properties we primarily focus on when developing these systems.
