NEUKADUR protocast / protoamid vacuum casting resins
Protocast / protoamid vacuum casting resins

High Strength and Resistance—NEUKADUR ProtoCast and ProtoAmid.

Made for all kinds of molds and models: NEUKADUR ProtoCast and ProtoAmid Polyurethane Systems are the way to go whenever good flow properties are required. High impact resistance, good tintability, and great resistance go hand in hand here.

Thanks to our NEUKADUR ProtoCast products, our range includes modern vacuum casting resins that allow for a wide range of uses, such as simulating thermoplastic components. Prototype construction customers rely equally on the numerous positive properties offered by our impact-resistant polyurethane casting compounds. You too can also benefit from their high dimensional stability under heat and their extraordinary flow properties. Depending on the version selected, vacuum casting resins either can be easily tinted or already come tinted.

With our ProtoAmid series, we also provide special dual-component polyurethane resins. They are perfect for building prototypes too and are able to mimic polyamide, for instance. Furthermore, they are available in different pot lives, can be individually tinted, and are able to be glass fiber-reinforced. Vacuum casting resins also stand out thanks to their good degassing qualities, excellent impact strength, and dimensional stability under heat. It is also possible to combine the individual components with each other. Depending on the version, NEUKADUR ProtoAmid products are resistant to premium gasoline and coolants.
