NEUKADUR ProtoCast 100-05 and 100-15
An all-rounder at an attractive price – with the two vacuum casting resins NEUKADUR ProtoCast 100-05 and 100-15, Altropol offers you exactly that! Owing to their low viscosity, both resins can be processed in the best possible way. Furthermore, they show good values with regard to flexibility and breaking strength. With the AltroColor dye pastes, you can easily adjust the desired colours. The systems themselves are neutral in colour.
NEUKADUR ProtoCast 140
We always compete with one another on the way to new best performances. What the athletics world championship in Berlin just showed us in sports, also applies to the everyday life in the vacuum casting. With the new system NEUKADUR ProtoCast 140, Altropol presents a thermal stability that has been improved once again to now 140°C. At the same time, we even succeeded in increasing the flexural strength.
NEUKASIL RTV 125
Silicones are very universal casting materials which enable you to produce moulds quickly and economically for many different resins. For NEUKASIL RTV 125, you can now decide yourself whether your mould shall be resistant to polyester resins or to polyurethane resins. With the special crosslinkers NEUKASIL VN 125 PE (= polyester) and NEUKASIL VN 125 PU (= polyurethane), your silicone rubber will be particularly adapted. You remain of course completely flexible because you always use the same basic compound of silicone. Whatever will be your decision, you will at all events benefit from the low mixed viscosities, the high elongation and the excellent resistance to tear propagation.
