NEUKASIL MultiCast 8 This new casting system offers its users the possibility of adding a high proportion of fillers, the open time being comparatively long and the mixed viscosity low. In comparison with the previous systems, NEUKADUR MultiCast 8 cures however much faster. NEUKADUR MultiCast 23 Whoever looks for a prefilled system with quick curing and demoulding times, will certainly favour this system. In addition to this, NEUKADUR MultiCast 23 is white after curing - a fact that is desired for many applications. NEUKADUR MP 428 An even better behaviour to positioning and an easier processing were our targets when we developed further the Altropol modelling paste. The result is the new paste NEUKADUR MP 428 which can be processed by hand and has been formulated to be even much more flexible. NEUKADUR LP 900 With laminating pastes, the user is in a position to create quickly thick layers for the reinforcement. Now, Altropol has developed a new laminating paste which has become lighter in weight. And weight shall be saved nearly everywhere today. The new product NEUKADUR LP 900 has been formulated in such a way that it now shows much more flexibility than its predecessor system. Consequently, processing of the same is mere child’s play.
In the trailer for the Euromold 2010, you have already read it: Altropol is presenting some new products at the Euromold exhibition in Frankfurt. Altropol raises the curtain for you and presents the new products just now. Within the range of the epoxy resins, NEUKADUR MP 428 and NEUKADUR LP 900 are the products which now underline the state of the art. Two new polyurethane casting resins of the MultiCast series complete the program from now on: the unfilled system NEUKADUR MultiCast 8 and the filled system NEUKADUR MultiCast 23. The ProtoCast Series is completed with not less than three new vacuum casting systems: NEUKADUR ProtoCast 102, NEUKADUR ProtoCast 103 and NEUKADUR ProtoCast 105. And with the system NEUKASIL SN 2852 having been tested for fire safety, the range of the silicone products has been completed now. NEUKADUR ProtoCast 102 A snow-white vacuum casting system after curing with a good dimensional stability under heat at a highly attractive price – this was the focus of development for this system. By addition of a special catalyst, the system can still be accelerated individually on request. NEUKADUR ProtoCast 103 Ideal suitability of being dyed and clearly improved mechanical stabilities characterize the new vacuum casting system NEUKADUR ProtoCast 103. The material which cures to be translucent-white, offers with 2,350 MPa an extraordinary high modulus in flexure and simultaneously comes up with a high impact strength (>30 kJ/m²). Also convincing is the dimensional stability under heat of 100°C. The very good price-performance ratio is another convincing factor. NEUKADUR ProtoCast 105 The new system NEUKADUR ProtoCast 105 offers mechanical properties that have been improved once again compared to the NEUKADUR ProtoCast 103. As a result, the dimensional stability under heat is > 105°C, and the impact strength could be increased once again. The pot life can be adapted individually by means of the available pot life prolonger. The system is very suitable for the production of prototypes for so- called white goods. NEUKASIL SN 2582 There are again and again applications on the sector of the plastic materials for which fire protection is required. This can of cause also be realized in case of the addition-crosslinking silicones. The new system NEUKASIL SN 2852 offers you tested fire protection according to DIN 5510, part 2, classes S 3 and ST 2 and according to NF-P92-502 category M 1. Auxiliaries The range of auxiliaries and accessories, too, has been completed appropriately. In addition to new high- quality beakers of robust polypropylene, we have from now on a protective skin-care hand protection foam available.
